We are working on sourcing products of the highest standard and quality for you. If you happen to receive a product with a defect that is originally ordered on Our Website, please follow the steps below so we can help you resolve the issue.


Faulty Product Returns

Contact us via contactus@gaminggearshop.com as soon as you find out the defect, so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment.


What you must return to us

Upon instructions from the Vendor, we may contact you for the return of the faulty product to the Vendor and provide you with the Vendor’s instructions.

Faulty products do not need to be returned in their original package. However, you must secure the return package to avoid the returned products sustaining any further damage in transit.


What happens after the return

Upon receiving the returned product, the Vendor will assess the circumstances including but not limited to, analysing if the defect of the returned product is within warranty.

If the assessment result is that there is a major failure with the product, we will contact you for your choice of a refund or store credit for what you have paid for the product, or a replacement of the product.

If the assessment result is that there is a minor problem with the product, the Vendor will choose to refund or store credit for what you have paid for the product, a replacement of the product or a free repair for the faulty product. We will be in contact with you with the solution.

If the assessment result is that the defect of the product is not within the warranty or the defect is not reproduceable, or the product following the sale to you becomes of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care, the Vendor might choose not to provide you any redress and ship back the product to you.


Shipping costs

In all cases, you must pay the costs involved in shipping the returned product back to the Vendor. If the product is found faulty, the Vendor will reimburse you for your reasonable shipping costs incurred in returning the product. If the product is not found faulty, no reimbursement in respect of those shipping costs will be provided.


Change of Mind Returns

At this stage, our Vendors are unable to provide change of mind returns, but we are working on it and endeavours to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
